The International Automobile Federation is proposing further cost-cutting measure that would aim to reduce team spending by up to 75% over a two year period.
That means teams competing on less than 25% of their existing budgets by 2010. For some teams that will involve a reduction from annual operating budgets of USD 300m to USD 50m.
