In ruling from the bench, the New York Courts have ruled that the 33rd America’s Cup cannot be held in Ras Al Khaimah without the mutual consent of the challenger. Absent agreement with BMW Oracle, Alinghi must now either find a Southern Hemisphere venue or return to Valencia for the event.
