The Sports Consultancy, in partnership with Capita Consulting, has been appointed to undertake a Leisure Options Appraisal on behalf of Wrexham County Borough Council. In common with perhaps every local authority in the UK, Wrexham is looking at financially sustainable ways to deliver its leisure service. The Sports Consultancy team, led by Chris Marriott, will be providing advice on future options.
The Council’s portfolio includes 12 leisure facilities, including Waterworld and Plas Madoc, serving a borough population of just over 63,000.
