Following a competitive bidding process led by The Sports Consultancy, Lyon has been confirmed as the host city for the 2027 Investec Champions Cup and EPCR Challenge Cup Finals. The announcement marks another milestone in our long-term partnership with EPCR having supported the appointment of five previous Finals hosts.
This year’s tender attracted a record number of bids, reflecting the growing appeal of EPCR’s Finals Weekend.
Lyon’s 59,186 seater Parc Olympique Lyonnais stood out not only for its world-class infrastructure, but also for its sustainability credentials, aligning with EPCR’s impACT strategy; the venue’s use of 100% renewable energy and ISO 20121 certification reinforces EPCR’s commitment to responsible event delivery.
