Impact
The Brief
Diriyah Company required a bespoke tool to evaluate event performance more reliably. The goal was to create a real-time system that could project, measure, and track the socio-economic impact of events, demonstrate value and support event selection aligned with Diriyah’s strategic objectives.
The Role
TSC designed the tool architecture around three core components: Inputs, Calculations and Outputs. Inputs were structured to allow users to define the event scope, select relevant KPI’s and enter key event data. Calculations were automated to apply benchmark data and quantify economic, social and cultural impacts. Outputs were presented through a live dashboard with detailed statistical views, comparisons to targets and benchmarks and cost-benefit ratios.
The Result
The completed tool provides Diriyah Company with a clear, evidence-based framework for event planning and evaluation. It strengthens budget justification, improves decision-making, and ensures events contribute meaningfully to long-term strategic goals.
