Torrey Jay Dorsey is a veteran in the sports industry having made the transition from athlete, national/elite performance coach, contributing writer and television/radio commentator to senior management roles with major global agencies and rights holders.

He is a proven senior strategic partnerships and sales professional with experience working across a vast and varied portfolio of events and with some of the leading global agencies including IMG, Infront Sports & Media and now The Sports Consultancy. More recently, he was the Vice-President, Global Commercial Sales, APAC Lead for SailGP and the Global Sales Director for the FIM World Supercross Championship.

He has been engaged as a speaker and industry commentator for his deep understanding of industry trends and current strategies by the likes of FIFA, the International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association (IHRSA), Federation of International Polo (FIP) and World Yacht Racing Forum.

He is a creative and imaginative thinker with the ability to formulate and present concept, strategy and delivery, and remains an enthusiastic and passionate advocate for the power of sport to impact change.
