The Brief
Royal Bank of Canada Brewin Dolphin sought to explore sponsorship opportunities aligned with their objectives. TSC were asked to assess potential for sponsorships to deliver measurable returns across key goals and provided ongoing support to maximize impact. This strategic approach ensures partnerships deliver value while enhancing brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.
The Solution
After consultation with numerous stakeholders, TSC finalised core partnership objectives and requirements and estimated the potential return on investment that could be delivered against these objectives and ran audience analysis to identify the interests and passions of Royal Bank of Canada Brewin Dolphin’s target audience. TSC also created a scorecard to enable and support the independent and fair evaluation of proposals.
Having completed this strategy, TSC have continued to assess the value of inbound proposals and their ability to meet RBC BD’s redefined objectives. To date TSC have made one partnership recommendation and supported on engaging the potential partner and in the negotiations that has seen the partnership signed and activated.
