The Brief

Qiddiya is a revolutionary sports destination on the outskirts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Among other attractions, the site includes the Qiddiya Speed Park  – a high octane visitor experience showcasing a variety of Motorsport attractions and events. TSC was engaged to work on a motorsport partnership and sponsorship strategy.

The Solution

We developed a comprehensive sponsorship strategy that identified, valued and optimised partnership assets, and built packages focused on the core assets and sectors. As part of the process, we identified models that would have the highest impact on the visitor’s experience, brand presence, and to provide opportunities for co-branded marketing campaigns.

We conducted further, extensive analysis on over 400 motorsport brands, leading to the development of a stakeholder engagement plan and following this we conducted targeted outreach to over 50 brands. We are now in advanced negotiations with a selected pool of frontrunners, moving into the deal structuring phase to secure optimal partnerships for Qiddiya Motorsport.
