Investec and Epsom Downs Racecourse have sealed a 10-year extension to the Derby Festival partnership until 2021 in a deal the two parties claim marks the biggest sponsorship agreement in British horseracing history. The extension, agreed in the fourth year of the original five-year contract, will reinstate the Investec Derby as the richest race in the UK, offering a prize fund of £1.325 million in 2012.
