With Vodafone stepping down after 12 years of primary sponsorship of England’s cricket team, Brit Insurance has stepped up its commitment to English cricket with a new four-year deal with the England and Wales Cricket Board commencing in January 2010. The deal is believed to be worth ?4m a year, and will involve the Brit Insurance logo featuring on all clothing worn by the England Men?s and Women?s Cricket Teams including the England Lions and England Disability Teams. Brit Insurance is to replace Vodafone as the England cricket team?s primary sponsor after agreeing a new four-year deal with the England and Wales Cricket Board beginning in January 2010.
As part of the agreement, believed to be worth in the region of ?4m a year, the Brit Insurance logo will feature on all playing and training apparel worn by the England Men?s and Women?s Cricket Teams as well as the England Lions and England Disability Teams.
