Sigma Sports has today been announced as an official supplier of the 2019 UCI Road World Championships in Yorkshire in another agreement brokered by The Sports Consultancy. The partnership will see the UK’s leading road cycling retailer join forces with cycling’s world governing body the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) across a range of activities in the build up to and during this year’s events in Yorkshire.
The UCI Road World Championships in Yorkshire is set to be one of the biggest events in the UK sporting calendar in 2019 and Sigma Sports’ Managing Director, Ian Whittingham is delighted to be part of this iconic event, “We’ve got a rich history in supporting cycle sport, from our early days supporting the likes of Bradley Wiggins, to owning and running our own UCI Continental Team.
